At Boutique Patina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unaltered condition. Please ensure that all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Item

  Carefully pack your item in its original Boutique Patina packaging, ensuring all dust bags, authenticity cards, and original tags are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
